This is the building built by Crater Automobiles.. It is just after Ol Sereni, if coming from the airport. Dont think there are any restrictions in that area as there is a hotel coming up next to it and a massive project called Next Gen Park, consisting of 6 high rise apartment blocks, a shopping mall, doctors plaza and possibly a water park (according to their brochure)

yup this building was just as a standard office block.. no style.

This is actually a nice building.

Of course I can't even guess who would want an office on top of a showroom, without a go-down, along Mombasa road. The rents are high there - why not go for Ngong road? Or town?

the building looks alittle industrial-basic offices.i think the offices being built will cater for the anticipated demand.the issue is the rental apartments-they are way too high.much more expensive than sa,bostwana-too much speculation.too many developers anticipating to return investments in 5-10 years.
