 He probably thinks EriFly is a closet Ethiopian for posting pictures that aren't necessarily showcasing the relic remnants of Italian colonization.

Well well if it isn't the resident Eritreanophile. There's nothing wrong with Barentu or the greater region it belongs to since I hail from that region. But if I'm not mistaken the purpose of the photo gallery is to showcase a side of Africa that is never seen. Barentu, a place in Eritrea you've never heard of is a gem and the breadbasket of Eritrea. It's home to one of Eritrea's many wild life. Why would I be ashamed of that? I know you are busy salivating in the Asmara thread and other Eritrean threads, so how about you take a break and scurry back to Bunna Bet to discuss how much you love us Eritreans. Oh and by the way for the cheap Italian "joke" don't make me post pictures of your grandpa serving lasagna to Italians in Addis Ababa in 1937.....don't push it.

It's true this amhara guy named hersh suffers from a deep seated inferiority complex towards anything Eritrean. Just about everything out of his mouth includes a noun, a verb and an Eritrea.

I couldn't agree more. But you know even in the most remote places of Eritrea blow basic Ethiopian towns out of the water.
You think Meles cares about making sure Ethiopians living in rural areas get access to education and good social serves? Of course not!

I cant find any more pictures of Barentu so i think we should use this thread for the Tri-Gash Cities: Barentu, Akordet, Tessenei. Unless you guys have another idea.
