昆明佳华广场工程，由昆明佳达实业公司投资，香港香灼玑建筑师事务所与云南省设计院合作设计，是集宾馆、商住、购物、办公、餐饮、娱乐多种功能为一体，由国际标准四星级酒店、高级公寓、现代化写字楼、大型综合性商场组合而成的双塔楼大型高层公共建筑。属99′昆明世界园艺博览会重点配套工程。其中A座为三十九层（地面以上）酒店大楼，B座为二十七层（地面以上）金融大楼，呈八字形平面展开，两端与两塔楼相连接的裙楼为七层（地面以上）购物商场,两翼大楼与商场裙楼间为基地中心广场，地下为三层（局部二层）地库。本工程地上最高150米，地下基坑最深处-17．5米，占地1万平方米，建筑面积12万平方米。
