Currently, the project has completed only Phase I:

Stage I of Development

First stage of development of the business park is represented by the construction of two A class office buildings, displaying the following structure:

Built with spacious levels, the two office buildings provide for the companies the possibility to design the rented space according to their own needs and standards.

1. Courtyard Building:
Total surface area 16.987,15 sqm
Ground level+5 levels
2.830 sqm/level
Elevators:
3 elevators for persons available between the ground level and 5th level,
1 elevator for persons available from the second underground level to the ground level
1 elevator for goods available from the 2nd underground level to the 5th level.
The term set for building finishing: 4th quarter 2007.

2. City Building:
Total surface area 33.093,46 sqm
Ground level+8 / 14 levels
2.700 sqm/level (1 - 8), respectively 1.475 sqm/level (10 – 14)
Elevators:
8 elevators for persons available between the ground floor and 5th /14th level,
2 elevators for persons available from the second underground level to the ground level
1 elevator for goods available from the 2nd underground level to the 8th level
1 elevator for goods available from the 2nd underground level to the 14th level
The term set for building finishing: 1st quarter 2008
