Except for the open windows I like it. Worth an 8 including the era it was built. BTW, are you sure it's only 92 meters? It looks taller.

I don’t like it – sorry. It looks like a can and when the windows are open it looks like on an exploded building. I give it 4. Other towers under construction in Zagreb look much better.
