Located on the highest top of the Old Town. This Palace was the official residence of the Lord of the Knights of Rodos. Built in the 14th century. Destroyed by earthquak in 15th century and 1851 and an explosion in 1856. Rebuilt by Italian.

I have been to a nightclub in the old city of Rodos.... best nightclub ever, surrounded by 500 year old buildings.

The view from the sea while approaching the harbor is really superb. I have been to Rodos this summer for a week and quite liked it. I had many photos (I am quite a bad photographer btw) I would search and post them later (I was planning to post them on the good sides of Turkey and Greece thread). There are many good sights inside the castle and some outside also.
How do you compare Rodos with the other Greek islands?

I'm looking forward to your pics. :)
The Greek islands are something kind of hard to compare. There is something different in each one of them, with their own style and flair.... I haven't been to Rodos yet though.
