Houhai is on the other shore of the Nanshan Peninsular. Qianhai is being developed by the central government so the scale is a lot bigger. Houhai is developed by the Shenzhen government so it's smaller.

That usually tends to be the case for skyscrapers I've seen on here....except for the new WTC1 in New York(I just miss the old towers). This will be a great filler for the Shenzhen skyline. Does this area have good access to the Shenzhen Metro subway?

This tower is lame.

if the cladding is nice it may actually turn out a lot nicer than it looks on the renders, but we will see, definitely not one of the most beautiful supertalls in shenzhen.
