Raheja Waterfront was always an overly ambitious project from the start. They actually advertise the project as situated in the heart of mangalore :)
there was a major delay in getting underway and even the progress now is very slow. flats are available on every floor if anyone wants to burn money
Mangalore does not have the capacity to absorb such a development. Even the biggest development inside the city - Maurishka Palace has managed to sell only 60% of the flats

Is Mauriska bigger than SKS?SKS has nearly 169 flats which are almost sold out.Rahejas are cheaper and in different phases . So they will move at a slower pace.Their flats are cheaper . Hopefully the not so rich who want their dream home could buy it here.
