Normally Highcliff and Summit are not visible from the Kowloon side because they are tucked behind all the skyscrapers along the waterfront. However, they are very easy to spot in these aerials :

I stayed both New World Harbour View Hotel & Grand Hyatt at once many years ago that good view to watching Victoria Harbor and also with nice swiming pool :)
