يقع المشروع بمدينة الرياض علي طريق الملك فهد علي مسطح أرض 730م2 وإجمالي مسطح بناء 5120م2 ويتكون من 19 طابق و3 طوابق تحت الأرض تستخدم كمواقف للسيارات. ويحتوي المشروع علي وحدات مكتبية مختلفة المساحات بحد أدني 130م2 وبحد أقصي 250م2.
