Mega Mall is toped out,Metro station under construction and when the boustan park is finished ekbatan will be an island of joy and happyness!
Already people are more realxed in Ekbatan then in other eares of tehran.No fights no noise no traffic!

my freind lives across from it, summer 2010 the base and supports were already constructed, im guessing maybe 2 more years till total completion

با تلاش شبانه روزی دست اندرکاران پروژه ، فاز اول " مگامال" مشتمل بر یک طبقه از هایپر مارکت و 2 طبقه از پارکینگ طبقاتی مجتمع به مساحت تقریبی 28000 مترمربع در روز پنجشنبه مورخ 22 تیرماه 1391 بصورت آزمایشی آغاز به کار می کند و بازدید کنندگان امکان پارک خودرو در داخل پارکینگ ها و خرید از هایپر مارکت مجتمع را خواهند داشت. هایپرمارکت "مگامال" با نام تجاری "هایپرمی" یک برند ایرانی، مالزیایی است که اولین شعبه آن در ساختمان "مگامال" آغاز بکار می کند. ساعت کار هایپر می از ساعت 8 صبح لغایت 24 خواهد بود. لازم به ذکر است کل مساحت مگامال بخشی از 200 هزارمترمربع می باشد.

Where did you guys get the idea it was a turkish investment. I thought was malysian. Their homepage had said so and I thought there were going to be mostly Malysian brands that are opened here. It even looks like Malysian malls in KL. correct me if im wrong?!?!

in a press conference regarding the compex , it was metioned the investors were turkish

on a poster it also said "teheran'da buyuk..... merkezi" or something which means big tehran shopping centre
