Great seeing more redevelopment coming to this block. The area north of Queen is a dump right now. I see a lot more changes within the decade, especially along Dufferin with the underpass to Queen now complete.

Hope it's a nice design. Streetcar is usually pretty good.

This development needs to keep spreading right up Duffrin, which is one of Toronto's worst streets. It's basically on the cusp of downtown, so hopefully, it's trasformation is near. (Bathurst is in the same boat, UGLY!)

Lousy construction and the worst customer service, they don't stand by their product.
