Signature is the last to be built in the city place complex, thus it'll
be maybe 2008-2010. I'm afraid that 1 Bloor east has just
the same future...

Is 1bloor east the bulding thats supposed to be over 200m

Im much more concerned over 1 Bloor E's fate. This intersection needs a point tower and do away with the lowflung discount stores.

The developers of 1 bloor east are probably holding back on releasing it until their current project (waterclub) sells out.

I wish they did 1BE before waterclub, if that's the case.

They diddn't even own 1BE when they did 1BE. I'm not even sure if it existed when Waterclub hit the market.

Kolter is currently doing some redesign work for the tower and designing the interiors and developing a marketing plan.

Expect something in the new year.

Kolter wants to make 1BE their flagship or signature tower for the company.

Young + Wright is the architect for this project, but does anyone know who'll be designing the interior of this project? For WaterClub they have Cecconi Simone, Mike Niven and Brian Glucstein..... what about 1BE??
