its a nice normal bridge. i think the view is ruined by the old temporary bridge next to it which will be removed now that the new bridge is completed.

this bridge is worth to posting it up guys! it looks like it is long bridge, folks there is not much of such bridges being built in southern cities. I wonder how long it is "SheytanElKebir" you should probably post the website.

its in the Village of Sheikh Saad between Kut and Amarah. Its approximately 300m long making it longer than the bridges in Baghdad.

It is an important artery linking Baghdad - Kut - Amarah - Basra and the old bridge was a chocking point that has been alleviated now increasing traffic throughput.

The purpose of this forum is to track as many projects as possible that are going on in iraq. yes, if this was built in baghdad, maybe you are right, not very impressive (tho it wouldn't hurt to post about it).

but for the people who actually live in Wasit, this is indeed a big improvement.. and let's not take anything away from that..

I wish the people of Wasit (and everywhere else in the country) far more development and rewards

Anything built in Iraq is worth mentioning, i like to know that these things are happening so i know that it's not all talk and no action. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as they are building!! lol

Im not saying a 1 mile skyscraper, something nicer than that. It just a simple small bridge.

I think its a normal decent bridge .. I mean theres nothing wrong with it ?? it crosses the river , and helps people ! so why not ? lol
it can look really good at night if they add like a blue neon light on the pillars .. the view of the bridge with the reflection would look really nice !
