I ran across an article about our government giving loans of up to 45,000 Saudi Riyals to citizens for marriage. There is another loan to renovate a home. There are other social loans. (http://eloans.scsb.gov.sa/osl6/slp/terms.aspx)
There is of course the real estate loan that was recently raised to 500,000 Saudi Riyals.
There are other programs that I keep learning about that I never knew existed. There are government agencies that give loans and/or grants for starting and maintaining a small business. There are government agencies that help give you land at no cost to you (land grants, and I know, they can take years).
What else is available to citizens that we may not know about? Our government provides us with a lot of services.
