some fil-chinese buyers are cashing in outside chinatown to explore new developments and one is the treasure towers along Sta.Mesa.The good thing about the project is that the area is not congested

chines elite is occupying san juan city...those rich men are in china town and those who finance those rich men in china town are in san juan....thats why the most banks in an avenue or street is ortigas near greenhills...lots of money are putting in their, maybe all banks are present at that site

sa likod yun sana ang pangarap ng mga developer ng manila, idemolish lahat at bigyan ng libreng pabahay ang mga may ari sa kasunduang condominiumized housing at part ng gagastusin para sa construction ng units nila ay kita mula sa mga units na ibenebenta, maganda sana pero umayaw ang mga residente, sta. mesa heights sana yun, model ng pinas sa green housing community

Hindi ba bumenta ang Harton? that's yhe one with number 8 logo..parang wala naman kasing market for that location, competition is stiff in the area, Mezza is there and other nearby project in San Juan area.

^^ And now there's Sorrel Residences which is a stronger competitor to this not only because it's from a reputable developer but also because it is less than 5 minutes away by foot from the V. Mapa LRT2 Station. This project will need all the luck in the world.

I also noticed they removed the Boy Abunda advertisements on the site.

I've just passed by the showroom and all I can say it it's a standout. It shines at night making the adjacent Sorrel Residences and Amaia Skies Santa Mesa showrooms look somewhat underlit and underdesigned.
