Avenida Alessandri. En el paño ubicado entre Hotel Ibis y las torres de Parque Urbano, frente a Mall Plaza Trébol.

Lo último que se supo fue que están tramitando el permiso de edificación.

En esa misma pagina muestra un edificio de oficinas q construiran a un costado del Radisson, se llama edificio pettra 8600 y es de unos 9 pisos

Quedara muy bonito ese sector, solo faltaria que el holiday construya luego la ampliacion para que no quede ese terreno vacio entre el nuevo Duoc y el mismo holiday

Se ve bastante bien el render, quedará bien bacan el sector. Aun así me preocupa el tráfico, junto al Parque Urbano, el SISA y las futuras construcciones se está densificando mucho esa zona y Av. Jorge Alessandri junto a Ramón Carrasco NO DA MÁS en horas punta...

se ve mucho más grueso que en la primera imagen que teniamos del proyecto, harto vidrio, bien encachado, pero nada novedoso.

Se ve bastante ancho pero creo que es un efecto del propio render, espero que sea más angosto. Respecto a Alessandri, este años se espera la licitación para convertirla en vía expresa.

Revisando GoogleMaps y mis imágenes, llegué a la conclusión de que el último render está absolutamente sobredimensionado y no grafica para nada las proporciones de la estructura con el terreno.

Cierto, está sobredimensionado y además el Ibis más pequeño. Cuando estén las 4 torres de Parque Urbano terminadas se verá interesante esa parte.

Con Alessandri, ya es evidente que los proyectos se le adelantaron, espero que los trabajos en la avenida se hagan pronto (cosa que dudo), habrá que tener paciencia un tiempo, no queda otra jaja.

Tiene un diseño bastante limpio y sobrio ademas se complementa con el hotel ibis a su lado, arman un buen conjunto .

Me gustó el diseño y que bueno que se esté concretando este proyecto, porque es antiguo, me acuerdo que lo vi cuando no tenía cuenta en el foro hace uuu. Otro level el diseño, na que ver con el supermercado Ibis jajaja

Y ese que estará cerca del Radisson, van haber muchos edificios en esa zona, que genial

Habrá tres edificios con certificación LEED en el corto-mediano plazo. Torre Aguas del Bicentenario, Torre San Andrés y Torre Latincapital.

odio con toda mi alma el edificio q esta al lado, el hotel ibis, pareciera que tiene puras ventanas de baño, lo unico q salva un poco es q de noche se ve choro con las luces verdes

^^ Sii, estaba pensando lo mismo, con un piso más hubiese sido perfecto y habría sobrepasado al hotel Ibis.

Muy bello edificio, pero faltó un poquito de altura. Bueno, aun no está del todo terminado, falta quizas la caja de ascensores, una corona y ahi remata mas alto..:)

Van bien avanzados con el CW en la parte de Alessandri van en el tercer piso, por el lado del hotel Ibis comenzando el cuarto, la parte trasera hacia Lomas van en el cuarto y por la otra parte, NO CACHO! :D

Lindo el edificio, pero el CW no está quedando tan bonito, se ve demasiado el interior sin reflejar su color ni reflejar como espejo.
