ur welcome sir, i was surprised nga kasi ang taas na pala ng Wind Residences at Prime Tagaytay, yet wala pang updates. so i took some of it, its so nice to see Tagaytay is having high rises na.

takot lang ako maging masyadong urbanized and congested ang Tagaytay. magiging mausok at magulo. baka mawala ang laid back charm ng city. at ayoko rin ng mga matataas na building dyan lalo na sa may ridge kasi matatakpan ang view ng lake.

unfortunately doc, it seems every city are destined to be that way, not unless they will limit the development and control population within their city, most importantly they should have the best urban planning also not to allow any development that will block the view of Taal.

For sure a very nice view on the top! :)

I really don't like the design of this building.. Hindi siya cool tulad ng Highlands.. Bat di man pinabago ng LGU yong design para lumapit sa Tagaytay, parang sa EDSA lang eh.

pwede, pwede hehe. studio lang kinuha ko 21 sq.m. 4th flr. ang view eh sa likod. Eto lang kaya ng budget ko. bale pahingahan lang pag naiingayan ako dito sa manila.

This development looks very nice, has a brilliant location and all at the right price..anyone have a site plan and or a building floor plan of a large enough size that you can actually read the unit numbers etc.

Do the Condos come finished with like tiles and bench tops, kitchens etc because i haven't seen anything with that actually stated.
