Yeah outside of the Nairobi CBD Triangle the Moi Avenue- River road - Ronald Ngala St. area seems rather busy interms of Re/Constructions though mostly low rise, commercial real estates.

^^i think this is an extension of the existing Diamond Plaza in Parklands, i saw it last week, its almost complete :cheers:

well the normal DP building looks ugly.. no thought into it.
