I love Paragon's designs, they have a template but it is classy. Presumably it will not obscure "Sexy Alice"?

looks much smaller than the sizes given suggest. this is alot less wow than the ones they have become known for

^^ I have to agree with you on this one It doesn't look 'paragon' to me. It seems like it's a plan made by one of their juniors but hey, it's better than some horrible designs we have seen around. All Paragon designs interacts with the street.
