Bet the architectures went for a more Horizontal structural expanse rather than a lateral vertical storey tower that would have stood out, still its going to be awesome esp' with the upcoming flyovers U/C around Museum-Westlands area.

Trust me, this one will stand out in Chiromo. all the buildings around there can't be more than 10 floors. That section has quite a number of new glassy office blocks. This one will fit in just fine.

at the moment, as far as I can tell, there's no new construction on Chiromo besides the ones we already know of, eg the Simba Colt hotel etc. So for the moment, its just a mirage :)

i heard ground breaking was a few weeks ago.
its located just after rhino cement on chiromo road if heading to museum hill... at the corner of ojijo lane
really cool design.

i wonder why no one has taken up the plot on the other side of the corner right next to simba colt hotel. currently its a got a signboard called Shamuras

This project looked from the onset well constituted, it should come to fruition as previously stated I believe.^^^^

I do not really think so. Once the project is complete those gleeming glass plates shall come to full bloom and dent the renders pseudo perceptions - Watch This Space!.

^^the project is advertised, i saw on property magazine, the project is made up of a group of 3 ten floor towers, in that case it should be big:)

Shamuras is a restaurant and that EXTREMELY VALUABLE plot its on, which is very large, is owned by a members club - effectively a trust. In other words, its a complicated ownership structure and a legal nightmare - hence no developer can currently get their hands on it. The clubs' members are all over the place, from what i hear

the design is so interresting that if you hadn't seen the other side of the building, you would think that they are two totally different builldings... thats what i thought at first, ( why are we posting two building on one thread?) but then i looked at them carefully then i saw .... :lol::lol:
