The developer, Henderson Development, is owned by HK's second richest man (Lee Shau Kee). This is a pretty weak project, but maybe this was just to test the Toronto condo market. Many thought this was just the beginning of another Cityplace type mega project (also affiliated with a HK developer). Since the launch of this project, there hasn't been any news on future projects by Henderson.

Without the splash of colour I would think this was built 40 years ago.

If that's the best he can do please don't build here again.
