We had a Rate our Talls thread in the African forum link (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1360287) and it was very successful. I think Azerbaijan has some magnificent highrises so lets try it out here. By the way, Baku probably has more 12F+ buildings than all of Africa combined outside of Egypt and South Africa so this thread can be successful. This can also be a showpiece thread for Baku's buildings.

If that building was in a different city it would be a 9/10.

But to me, it doesnt really match Baku. So overall 6.5/10
