NEW SAN JUAN CENTER
San Juan
varchitecture (http://www.varchitecture.com/)
Designed to meet the growing need for Class A office space in the heart of Hato Rey, the New San Juan Center is designed to create a strong identity within the urban landscape.
The innovative 253,000 square foot office building links the Hato Rey business district with Plaza Las Americas along Avenida Chardon. Featuring restaurants and retail, the New San Juan Center will recast a lifeless and disconnected setting into a vibrant "people oriented place."
Dining and retail opportunities are located on the ground level in an outdoor gallery arcade offering conveniences to the tenants while creating a friendly inviting environment welcoming to both passing pedestrians and neighborhood tenants.
Parking entrances for monthly tenants and general parking have been strategically located on separate side streets to maximize the flow of traffic at peak times and minimize congestion. Ample loading and service areas are conveniently located in the back of building ensuring that the flow of service and goods to the building will not hamper the building tenants and the surrounding neighborhood.
