If Arusha can have a couple of these type of buildings & shopping malls it would be awesome.Arusha has a heavy diplomatic presence and thus different type of facilities are in demand such as hotels,malls,office space,residential/apartments,entertainment etc...

btw...I was told Aga Khan will build a huge university not so far from the airport.I am aware of the renders posted here though.There is more than 100 acres for this project.Arusha also requires a first class hospital.

well I had to be careful as there were 2 cops over the bridge but I really like Arusha's greenery environment with few concrete structures.

this tower has reached the top level,so here onwards will be finishing only.

I give them 6 months to completion as the construction pace is so fast.

Arusha really needs atleast 2 bypass roads.

Some height for Arusha, is it the tallest there? They should have made it 12 storeys to be a highrise at least.

Hapana.. hiyo picha ni ya kitambo,.actually August 2011,. As of now, hiyo crane haipo tena, kutoka Feb 2012 wamei decomission.. Wako finishing stage. Expect it to be ready by september this year. Those chinese contractors have really stepped up theor game, they are actually doing a better job on this project then at the TRA headquaters also in arusha. Plus the speed has been super fast, by arusha's standards,.

Yeah...with extension Arusha airport's runway, larger planes can now land and city expects more business,diplomat and tourists visitors.

Just got to Arusha too...am impressed with the roads, wachina wanachimba kila mahali and the tarmacking is coming along fine. Nahisi vumbi litapungua sana mjini mwaka huu
