Project Description:

JCA won this competitive project on the aesthetic strength of our design, as well as our close attention to the client’s brief. Ten-storeys high, the building mimics the diamond shape of a baseball pitch, with enclosed corner offices for senior staff members.


The building materials include glass curtain walls and Alucopanels, with a light drop-off canopy in glass and steel. The capping roof is shaped like the floor plate, providing partial cover for a roof terrace and bearing solar panels.

De Simone Ltd. (Ghana) has been awarded the contract for the construction of the new MTN House for MTN at Independence Avenue in the heart of Accra.

The award for the construction of this beautiful seven-story structure for a large multi-national, right in the heart of the capital, is yet another statement to the quality that De Simone brings to the table.
