Ce thread est dédié aux projets casablancais en construction. J'aimerais que l'on puisse discuter de ce que chacun des projets va rapporter à la ville, ce qui va changer une fois que ce projet sera réalisé!

I decided to open this thread in order to discuss the different under constuction projects of Casablanca. Let's try to see what will each project bring to the city, what will Casablanca look like once the project in completed.

1. Tramway: because I'm looking forward to see it functioning. Altough, I think the tramway itself will only be a big burden to the city. But it certainly is going to have the biggest influence and will change the look of the city.

I was going the choose the Marina first. However, it seems like they have changed the design and I am afraid at the end it's going to turn out too look just like the Casa City Center. Too bad they did not stick to that sexy render by night, which is awesome.

And Morocco Mall also didn't make it. This project is fantastic, but it's far away from the city center and therefore has no real urban value.

Nope, I'm not wrong. And nobody told me, I noticed ;)

I'm talking about the design for the business center. The business tower and it surrounding buildings now have a oval shape, while they were square before. It now looks like a nuclear plant..

Awdi j'ai voté Marina. Pour le plus haut building du bled qui fera 40 étages inchallah et j'espère qu'il n'aura pas le même sort que la tour fantôme de 44 étages du CN Park. Et j'espère que ce que tu as dit CasaMor sur les renders est vrai. Ila ghletti n9ejjek. :lol:

i hope not the first one looks cheap! The second one looks modern.

casamor tu aurais du mettre le pole urbain d'anfa sur la liste. c le plus grand projet en terme de surface, hauteur, et activité. il doit pas etre iclu dans "others"

L'Avenue Royale, pour moi c'est sans contest le plus grand projet sur casablanca!
J'espère qu'il se concrétisera car il risque de changer considérablement l'image de la ville.

Pas vraiment. Un grand projet = un projet qu'on peut voir de partout dans la ville, qui va changer les habitudes des casawis. Le tramway traverse toute la ville, il va métamorphoser les ronds points, les boulevards... la Marina changera la vue de la ville, quand tu monteras sur le toit de ton immeuble, tu apercevras les belles tours de la marina...
