This was one of the first tall buildings to appear in the Square Mile. Developed by Land Securities in 1968 and refurbished in 1984, it provides 170,000 sq ft of office space, with ancillary retail, storage and car-parking spaces. This was the first building where the structure was hung on the central core, thereby giving uninterrupted windows. It is let in its entirety to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

Doesnt do anything for the cityscape though I suppose you could be sentimental about it.

5 - Needs a reclad especially when you have the new Plantation Place slap bang next too it which is so invigorating "shadow" image. Also light up the roof and that would make it cooler.

Not bad. It bulks out the southern end of the City skyline and forms a nice 'mini cluster' with Plantation Place and Minster Court. It's quite individual and the distinctive top is quite intriguing.

Looks a bit dated though, and could probably do with some kind of refurbishment.
