For decades, much of humankind progressed along two very different paths -- communist and capitalist. The sworn enemies disparaged everything about each other from philosophy to diet, but were they really all that different, when it came down to basics like the kinds of buildings they lived and worked in?

Judge for yourself.

If you oly look to the lower class. NO.

The difference is that in communism everyone lived (lives) in prefabricated flats while in capitalist countries only the lower did(does).

Anyway, The picture shown on the site are mixed use and ofthen not for living. As long as the building is for everyone in communism, is not a problem it's differend...

I have one problem: Most buildings showed where build BEFORE or AFTHER the communism period of that country shown.

Why show modern buildings in China. China can not be considered a real communism country anymore. I has a 'free' economy and people are from differend classes.

^^Some of these buildings are absolutley fine.
And also in the non-communism part of Europe lots of commie bloks where build for the lower class. They looked always fine untill immigrants started to occupie them en turned those commies in to ghetto's.
