Kazanchis and lower end of bole/medhanialem are some really exciting areas in terms of development.

Booming area...will look interesting once all these buildings completed

You are absolutely right----and to think the Bole Medhanialem area still has a huge space awaiting development. Other smaller urban redevelopment areas include Mekanisa (near South African/Chinese Embassies), Cherchille Road, Wollo Road, Hay Hulet, and MeskelFlower-Mega. I hear the one in Lideta is a huge are compare to the previouse once.

this place is on fire. now if only they take care of the sidewalks and clean up the area a bit.

The transformation of this area is beyond incredible. My aunt had a house there where I used to hang out with my cousins for years and it was a disappointment when they forced her to move away about a decade ago...but what a change.
