it's a bureau building. right next to it the same architect will design another building and revitalize the old slaughter house. mvrdv are working on another building next to it. coop himmelb(l)au also and norman foster is working on a masterplan 100-200 meter next to it. a bit south of it there are the gasometer where also a few projects are planned. :)

it's in st. marx next to the old slaughterhouse, between rennweg and südosttangente. on the other side of the tangente simmeringer hauptstrasse starts.

yes, it's on the edge of the 3rd district to the 11th. tramway nr.71 passes it. the zoll-building is near, a bit east from this one.

Great project! Who os the architect? It looks a little bit like a cross between Zaha Hadid and CoopHimmelb(l)au (two of my favourite). Berrtus said it is already finished, does anyone have any photographs of it?
