based on the articles i found online the bridge has been completed but they are working now to develop the area surrounding this crossover.

there are many dozens of such intersections being built in Iraq at the moment. In Karbala alone about 8 projects, about 5 in Najaf, and over a dozen in Baghdad.

One in Samawa near the new sharqi bridge
Along the road between baquba-baghdad near sha3ab area
Intersection near mustansiriya university on palestine street
intersection at the end of 14th ramadan street
