All the buildings over 5 floors in the GTA, that are reasonably newly built (6-7years old being the oldest) as well as buildings that are supposed to/scheduled to go up within the next 6-7 years?
At the moment, I'm only looking for residential data within North York, Toronto(central, east, west) Sauga, Etob., Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham/Unionville, Scarbrough.. you get the point ;)
If anyone could direct me to a database that already exists, a website or an agency that could help me, it would be greatly apreciated.
TIA

Well, theres emporis.com
but that will give you everybuilding that is 12+ stories/over 35m, built ever, for every city in the world
i dont know about 5+stories tho, they might have some buildings around that height

The closest I know of is Emporis but it is not free and it's info does have holes in it.
Thus far, it is the most complete database on the net.
