The Holy Shrine of Imam Al-Askari which was built in 944 is now being rebuilt after it was destroyed in 2007. The Holy Shrine of Askari is one of the most important Muslim shrines in the world. The shrine has one of largest domes in world, and during the construction, some extensions are added to it like a guest house for the visitors and expanding the shrine. The shrine will also have an underground AC system .

inshallah it looks 1000 times better than before , those dogs because of this action they nearly tipped Iraq into a full scale civil war and cost thousands of lives

how old are these pictures, I thought the golden dome was completed already ?

on the 9th of may they started with the gold work .. so idnno if they finished it or not.
