looks pretty shabby for a tower built in the 90's... the lacy stuff at the bottom of the tower and the bland and untiled facade makes the building look as if it were built in the 60's, when asia was still poor...

Forgot what I gave it. Its a bit plain but i like it.

The slim shape of the tower gives it good height, though it might look a bit stocky broadside on...The facade is not bad, but it's a bit bland, and the base, IMO, is dull and blocky - 7.5/10
It could use a few setbacks, and some more detailing on the facade.

Nice building. The white facade, however, seems slightly off. I give it a 7.5/10.

Very nice height impression, even on the broad side. Good proportions. Otherwise, a bit outdated. Not one of KL's best.

While out and about in KL this was the tallest building we got to explore - there's the Norwegian embassy on 53rd floor and you can always say you are going there.
We were luck y enough and on the same floor there was a space in reconstruction - so we got to admire the city from high above.
