　三井不動産レジデンシャルは、大阪市中央区に延べ約4万㎡の超高層マンションを建設する（仮称）大阪市中央区北浜東計画に着手する。大林組の設計施工で5月中旬の着工、2014年9月末の完成を目指す。
　規模はRC造地下1階地上14階建て延べ3万9934㎡。
　高さは142メートルとなる。分譲住宅とする予定だ。
　建設地は、天神橋交差点の西側に当たる同区北浜東37-2の敷地2386㎡。このうち1301㎡を建築面積に充てる。
　これまで駐車場として活用していた。

Apparently the actual construction only starts in January, 1st they will be clearing the site completely and do some archeological research.

It looks like that this tower was also delayed and didn't go U/C last year.

It's now planned to go U/C in March 2012.

It's also a model project for earthquake resistance measures. That's probably the reason it was delayed, to make the design safer.

But the sign board says that the construction started on April the 2th 2012. I think you should change the starting date if that matters. No wonder it's still quiet.
