Splendid photos people!

Keep them coming!

The carved face of that old Igorota is so beautiful, like each line has a story to tell. The ancient face contrasts so well with those mirthful eyes and that smile, para bang what's inside her has never aged at all.


That photo of boys frolicking in the rain is so nostalgic and haunting at the same time. Nostalgic because it pulls me back ages ago because I was like a frog who rejoiced in the rain back then. It is haunting because of the composition. The silhouette of the boy in a hunched posture framed by the brightness in front of him is oh so nice. I think the photo would have an entirely different feel if it weren't in B&W.

Oh...poor old man. :(

I think B&W makes it less vivid...however, it achieves what a colour photo won't. For portraits like these (i.e., poverty, old age, sickness) B&W mode makes them more dramatic.

I like the carefree kids photos too.

I haven't really tried B&W photography. Please keep them on coming. :yes:
