puna esht se nuk kemi ne infot e detajuar se kush nga keto dy kompani do jete ( normale qe jan dy kompani te ndryshme); koh me pare ka qene vete kryeministri qe ka shprehur ardhjen e kompanise Hilton ne shqiperi, por sic lexohet te artukulli qe postova me siper duket sikur mund jete Holiday-Inn... por le te presim per info te tjera...

Holiday Inn eshte pjese e IHG (Intercontinental Hotel Group) dhe ne fakt eshte me i pershtatshem per nje hotel Aeroporti.

Kini parasysh se behet fjale per kontrate manaxhimi dhe jo pronesije te hotelit.

Te dyja jane ne aeroporte. Biles do thoshja sme pelqen shume stili i hoteleve te holiday inn. Ka plot ktu ku jwtoj une.

^^ Natyrisht qe nga te dyja ka neper Aeroporte, por Rinasi nuk ka transit qe te kete klientele per hotel te llojit Hilton afer aeroportit.

Sidoqofte ndertimi i nje hoteli te niveli te tille ( qofte Hilton , qofte Holiday Inn ) eshte nje lajme i mire. A dihet kapaciteti qe do te kete ky hotel afersisht ?

Eshte e kote te thuash Hilton eshte me i pershtatshem se Holiday Inn ose e kunderta. Ne pergjithesi Holiday Inn ne Europe eshte nje shkalle me lart se ne Amerike (ku eshte hotel i dores se fundit). Hilton ka shume hotele te ndryshem nen cadren e tij, duke filluar nga Hilton tek Garden Inn tek Hampton Inn tek Embassy Suites etj. Te gjitha keto hotele kane nivele te ndryshme sherbimi dhe edhe brenda te njejtit emer ka goxha varacion nga nje hotel ne nje tjeter. Keshtu qe eshte e kote te thuhet kjo apo ajo kompani hoteli eshte me e pershtatshme.

hilton eshte kthyer ne franchise, eshte bere si mc donalds, te vijen te ndertojne hoteln te japin udhezime se si te drejtosh hotelin, te japin te drejtat e imazhit etj. ne kembim te nje haraci vjetor.

Hilton-i s'eshte *kthyer* ne franchise se keshtu ka qene gjithmone. Ca hotele Hilton jane ne pronesi te Hilton ca jane ne pronesi te te tjereve. E njejta gje ndodh me te gjitha kompanite e tjera te hoteleve.

even if he is ABSOLUTELY right, which he is not because hilton was not ALWAYS a franchise, it was not when it started out anyway, so TECHNICALLY you are both wrong but that's not even the point, if u always try to show people up and strive to get the upper hand in every convo it just makes u look like u have a chip on ur shoulder, stop being buzzkills its my point, its gets on people's nerves.
