those green blocks looks like suspend in midair.

I don't know if it suppose to look cool from the outside, but from the inside, those green block will looks very annoying.

It is an service apartment, and therefore the units are mostly likely available for lease only

I think it is possible, if the real estate law allow, to sell individual units and the owner becomes part owners of the service apartment complex, and it profit from it.

There is no any specific law or requirements in relation to this. Expatriates working in Phnom Penh used to live in any types of residences and the term ''service apartment'' is very new to the market here.

Base on the concept adapt by the other countries, the apartment units are most likely for rent if the owner name it as a service apartment.

Those green box look fancy from the outside, but is will be an eyesore from within.
