Hi guys!

This project looks very similar, if not almost identical, to the Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach. I’m guessing that if Trump and Related would not have partnered up, this would have been the outcome of a Dezer-only project.

Does anyone here know about Dezer South?

Richard, :) I don't really know thaT ANSWER, But They should name the South Tower " DEZER SOUTH ", the Middle Tower " THE TRUMP TOWER ", and the North Tower " PEREZ TOWER ", For the Three Men Developers !!! ITS Good to know that all THREE TOWERS with their designs on Top will be over 500 FEET in Height. :cheers:

WELL only ONE Problem there TRICKYKid :) , the FAA has a HEIGHT LIMIT of 550 FEET on SUNNY ISLES BEACH, it SUCKS :bash: , but thats the Limit. Three Towers already rising and built such as The Aqualina, and THE TRUMP PALACE are at those LIMITS, and The TRUMP ROYALE will be ther next year, 2005. The reason is the RUNWAY APROACH to the OPA-LOCKA Ariport. Sad , but True. True about the TRUMP-DEZER-PEREZ Middle TOWER, it is 550 Feet TOTAL. :cheers:

how many flight does opa locka have a day less than five,i've seriouly never heard of any flights leaving or taking off there,except the president.

opa locka has an airport ? lool never heard of any flights there, its just a waste i bet trump can buy that out just if he wants to make his buildings taller lol

Private chartered Jets and cargo planes fly out of there. That one that crashed in Maule lake in aventura was out of Opa Locka. It also just missed towers on Williams Island which means those hieght restrictions are going nowhere and might actually get more strict before they get less strict.
