Congo River Resort Masterplan

Located on the border of Congo River, in the South-east suburbs of Kinshasa, the CPA Masterplan proposes a new kind of tourism, residential and commercial development oriented to the River panorama.
A riverfront hanging landscape promenade is designed with panoramic terraces.
