I haven't seen anything on this project in the forum, so I thought of sharing it with you.. The project is currently under construction, and I believe Phase I has been completed, Phase II is underway and will be nearing completion, and there will be a final Phase III which should be commencing soon.. I visited the Dana Bay site on June 23, 2011 and took a couple of photos.. In general, the early stages of the project seems to be progressing well, however, they have not yet started all the planned facilities and only some of them are under construction now.. Having said that though, there are as we speak a number of Beach Houses (already sold) and minor facilities being utilized by owners already, and gradually other common facilities will be completing in the next couple of months..
