50/50. :)

For sure, these prices will triple in the next 5 years. Plus compare with similar projects in central Kenya. Thika greens, 1/4 acre goes for 2.5 million.

Hey guys, just wondering.. should projects like this be in the Nairobi sub-forum (because its in the Nairobi Metro, and revolves around Nairobi)... or be in the Genera Kenya sub-forum (because its not inside Nairobi) ?

The Nairobi metro region is very wide. For example, Kajiado county is part of the metro region but this one stretches all the way to the Tanzanian border. If you consider the counties to the north, almost half of the former Central Province falls under Nairobi metro.

Then again, when other developments still revolving around Nairobi but in areas farther away start coming up, (given the fact that Nairobi will eventually sprawl further and further as the years go by) will we start placing all those projects in the Nairobi section?

They mentioned 6 metro regions countrywide by 2030. I can barely think of 4. I hope we don't derail the thread.:)
