CHINA EXTENDS 90 MILLION USD LOAN FOR AFRICA TECHNO-CITY IN SUDAN
KHARTOUM, June 22 (NNN-SUNA) -- An initial loan agreement for 90 million USD to be extended for the establishment of the Africa Technological City, affiliated to Sudan's Ministry of Science and Technology, has been signed at the headquarters of the city in its permanent Eastern Nile locality with the Bank of China for Exports and Imports
The agreement was signed by Dr. Hassab Al-Rasuol, the Deputy General Director and Director of Projects in the city and the Chairman of the Chinese company NANTONG and head of the Chinese delegation for the signing ceremony.
In his speech during the signing ceremony, Dr. Hassab Al-Rasoul lauded China's efforts in boosting the building and development process in Sudan and the stances of the government and people of China in supporting Sudan at international forums.
The head of NANTONG voiced appreciation for the deeply rooted Sudanese-Chinese relations and the resolution of the two countries to boost further the co-operation between them in all domains to meet the aspirations of the two friendly peoples.
