This come unexpectedly, as I recall....I posted a pic of this projects billboard earlier, and it saids 17 Storey.
so, today I went to the site and saw it changed to 27 Storey !!, So I asked the workers and SE. there and they said the last board was wrong-written.

so, here we have another skyscraper rising in Soi 22 after Wilshire., and excitingly, there will be another 28 Storey condominium rise just opporsite site from GM Height, will be launched next year...:okay:

who is the developer of that.. syntec construction is not subsidiary of Sansiri???

Both Sansiri and Syntec has nothing related, only they are both partly owned by Natural Park.

ic. i did not know the link, i just remark that they are contractor for lots of Sansiri's projects and get only few other contract!

i don't like that top red part...but overall it's okay:)

The back side is not bad, but the front is questionable.

This building adds nothing of architectural value to Bangkok. It a hodgepodge of unrelated styles and colours.

Thats not even an advertisement. It's just a render showing the overall design which fortunately changed during the construction period.

It's not a condo, keep that in mind. You dont like it, so dont rent it.
