General Huo February 2nd, 2005, 01:07 AM city 3: Xining city （西宁市）skyline. Xining is the capital city of very poor western province Qinghai, not a big city and not a huge skyline, but has many nice spots. Too bad there are not many large pictures of this city

No Mercy October 2nd, 2005, 10:57 PM Looks beautiful, bright, colourful. Amazing!! This is a decent city with a nice skyline, very cool looking. But with the city not very small, it still remains top of the looks as well. Some areas I just found out are rather slum looking, but otherwise, I don't care. The city deserves more credit that that. It's not that big, and skyscrapers aren't the fanciest. 7/10
