The second stage represents a 14-storey building the ground and basement floors of which contain a restaurant that can admit 232 people (≈680 m2), a bar, a lobby (≈680 m2), a banquet room that can admit 590 people (≈866 m2), a conference hall that can admit 530 people (≈660 m2), a parking garage for 52 cars. The 2 and 3 floors provide for 15 conference halls, 6 offices, 2 kitchens. Luxury apartments are located on 8-14 floors.

Был на этом объекте с инспекцией. Качество посредственное. На Кемински не потянет это точно. Максимум - для сети Кавказ подойдет.

На счет Кемпински информация точная? Да и во время строительства никаких представителей Кепмински замечано не было.

Тут странное дело. Kempinski будет строящийся проект Гилана - Crescent. Этот же отель будет связан с Kempinski, но не будет полностью управляться ими. В общем скоро все узнаем. А так по фотографиям что тут видим, это вполне может быть Kempinski. Вы посмотрите отель Kempinski в Улан-баторе (Монголия), если они им разрешили то этому отелю должны со вчерашнего дня дать разрешение

Очень сложно согласиться с Вами. То, что мы видим на фотографиях -верх роскоши. И не просто роскошь, а еще и так искуссно. Чего стоит один купол из стекла, сделанный в средневековом стиле! Потрясно, заглядно!

Отель в Бадамдар тоже будет Kempinski

Очень сложно согласиться с Вами. То, что мы видим на фотографиях -верх роскоши. И не просто роскошь, а еще и так искуссно. Чего стоит один купол из стекла, сделанный в средневековом стиле! Потрясно, заглядно!
Более того весь менеджмент отеля Kempinski Badamdar это эксперты из Австрии, Германии и Болгарии работающие наряду с местными кадрами. Сами отель и резиденс еще не открыты, но строительство уже завершено.

2 июля в Баку в поселке Батамдар состоится открытие отеля «Kempinski Badamdar».

Как сообщили 1news.az в Министерстве культуры и туризма Азербайджана, отель предложит 283 номера, большинство из которых будут иметь небольшую кухню, спальную и гостиную комнаты.

Bakıda “Kempinski Hotel-Badamdar” kompleksinin açılışı olmuşdur.

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti İlham Əliyev, xanımı Mehriban Əliyeva, qızları Leyla Əliyeva və Arzu Əliyeva açılış mərasimində iştirak etmişlər.

Mərasimə toplaşanlar dövlətimizin başçısını, xanımını və ailə üzvlərini hərarətlə qarşıladılar.

Prezident İlham Əliyev kompleksin rəmzi açılışını bildirən lenti kəsdi.

Məlumat verildi ki, ekoloji cəhətdən təmiz təbiəti olan 2,5 hektar ərazidə inşa edilmiş otel kompleksinin ümumi sahəsi 84 min kvadratmetrdir. “Gilan-İnşaat” MMC tərəfindən aparılmış tikinti işləri 2008-ci ilin sentyabrında başlanmış, 2011-ci ilin mayında sona çatdırılmışdır.

Bildirildi ki, kompleksə otel, mənzillər və ofis binaları, alış-veriş və əyləncə mərkəzi daxildir. Həmin binalarda istirahət otaqları, mənzillər, konfrans zalı, toplantı otaqları, yerli və xarici mətbəx nümunələri təqdim edən üç restoran, şadlıq mərasimlərinin keçirilməsi üçün 750 nəfərlik ziyafət zalı, SPA mərkəzi, tennis kortu, basketbol, buz-sürüşmə meydançaları, boulinq zalı, açıq və qapalı üzgüçülük hovuzları, örtülü avtomobil dayanacağı, mağazalar, amfiteatr və aquapark yerləşir.

Kompleksin birinci mərhələsi – otel binasında yaradılmış şəraitlə tanışlıq zamanı dövlətimizin başçısına bildirildi ki, burada ən yüksək standartlara cavab verən 283 nömrədə müştərilərin rahatlığı və istirahəti üçün hər cür şərait yaradılmışdır. Oteldəki iki restoran və üç bar qonaqlara yerli və xarici mətbəxin nümunələrini təqdim edəcəkdir. Otelin Azərbaycanda bənzəri olmayan 3,5 min kvadratmetr sahəni əhatə edən SPA mərkəzi, 24 masaj otağı, üzgüçülük hovuzu, gözəllik salonları, sauna, hamam və s. müştərilərin sağlamlığının və rahatlığının yüksək səviyyədə təşkilinə imkan yaradır.

Prezident İlham Əliyev kollektivi təbrik edərək Bakıda dünya şöhrətli mehmanxanalar şəbəkəsi olan “Kempinski Hotel-Badamdar” kompleksinin açılmasını Azərbaycanın inkişafının göstəricisi olduğunu vurğuladı. Bakının sürətlə inkişaf etdiyini, gözəlləşdiyini diqqətə çatdıran dövlətimizin başçısı sərmayədarların Azərbaycan iqtisadiyyatına, xüsusilə xidmət sektoruna diqqət və marağının artmasını sevindirici hal kimi qiymətləndirdi.

Ölkəmizdə turizmin inkişafına böyük diqqət göstərildiyini bildirən Azərbaycan Prezidenti “Turizm ili” çərçivəsində beşulduzlu altı otelin açılacağını vurğulayaraq, bunun ölkəmizdə turizmin, xidmət sektorunun sürətli inkişafının göstərici olduğunu qeyd etdi.

Avropa ölkələrindəki Kempinski otellər şəbəkəsinin prezidenti Canni van Daalen açılış mərasimində iştirakına görə dövlətimizin başçısına minnətdarlığını bildirərək ölkəmizlə qurulan münasibətlərin daha da inkişafına ümidvar olduğunu qeyd etdi.

Sonra Prezident İlham Əliyev otel kompleksinin xatirə kitabına ürək sözlərini yazdı.

Otel kompleksinin kollektivi dövlətimizin başçısı və ailə üzvləri ilə xatirə şəkli çəkdirdi.

Kompleksin mənzillər və ofislər binası ilə tanış olan Prezident İlham Əliyevə bildirildi ki, 14 mərtəbəli binada ailəsi ilə bərabər istirahət etmək istəyən müştərilər üçün 37 mənzil vardır. Mənzillər hər bir ailənin yüksək səviyyədə istirahəti üçün bütün məişət avadanlığı ilə təchiz edilmişdir. Bundan başqa, ziyafət, iclas-konsert zalları, görüş və ofis otaqları ən son texnologiyalarla təmin olunmuşdur.

“Kempinski Hotel-Badamdar” kompleksinin alış-veriş və əyləncə mərkəzinin üçmərtəbəli mağazalar sahəsi ən yüksək tələblərə cavab verir. Burada dövlətimizin başçısı kompleksin növbəti - dördüncü mərhələsində görüləcək işləri əks etdirən fotoşəkillərlə tanış oldu.

Prezident İlham Əliyev və ailə üzvləri buz meydançasında idmançıların çıxışlarını izlədilər.
