hmm. building design doesn't look too impressive. Maybe because its more of a drawing than an animation picture. The interior looks like it will be nice though.

I am assuming this will be next to the Park Residence, since this group called Intersel has a few plot which are all in same area, next to Eko Mall.

But I think Intersel should step up its architecture. That park residence design wasn't all that impressive either.
