The Western Cape Institute of Estate Agents’ Property Placements Division, has arranged a series of monthly talks introducing those interested in a career in property selling to what the position really involves - and what qualifications are currently necessary.
These talks are to be held at the Institute’s Howard Studios offices and training centre in Pinelands (on the southern side of the Howard Centre).Dianne Brock who heads these talks will also help those who then decide to become estates agents to find positions with reputable estate agencies, which in many cases are first year internships as they have to go through a period of training.
I believe that events such as these will have very good influences on the real estate industry in the Western Cape and I hope that there will be similar training for people interested in the hotel and accommodation industry because this could be a serious boost for Cape Town accommodation (http://www.southernsun.com).
