The project is developing now. Director of "FC Krasnodar" said in interview that visualizations will be in time of start of construction, so in November/December.
I will post any info here.

New Kuban Arena WC2018 - 50000(football)
Krasnodar Arena - 36000(football)
Old Kuban Stadium - 35200(olimpic, football)

I'm lost - the one in this thread is NOT the one for World Cup, right? Do you think that the clubs have potential to fill both stadium regularily?

Yes, this stadium (for FK Krasnodar) was not in WC bid.
The stadium for FK Kuban will host WC games.

So it will be 2 absolutely new modern stadiums in Krasnodar - 36,000 + ~50,000.

I think with good teams and management, city with population of 745,000 people (for last 8 years it rised on 100,000) can make these stadiums full.

This one is privately-funded from what I know so not a matter of public decision. Though Perm could obviously use a new one!
